Authorize Mayor to execute Easement Agreement with SKM Holdings, LLC
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Permanent Access and Utilities Easement Agreement with SKM Holdings, LLC to allow pedestrian and vehicular access across 634 Jessamine Street for a mixed use redevelopment project at the former Standard Knitting Mill site located at 1400 Washington Avenue.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
