A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $98,420.00 to provide right-of-way acquisition, relocation, and related services for the Magnolia Avenue Streetscape Project.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Engineering Department)
