Authorize Mayor to purchase property at 401 State Street from KUB
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Knoxville Utilities Board and execute all documents on behalf of the City necessary to purchase property located at 401 State Street for an amount not to exceed $56,500.00 to use as City public right-of-way connecting Fire Street with State Street for future development of areas along S. Gay Street.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
