Authorize Mayor to execute contract for Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a tri-party Defined Services Contract with Knox County, Tennessee and the Helen Ross McNabb Center, Inc. for the creation of a Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center, with the City to provide funding for the first year of the agreement in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00, plus a one-time contribution of $200,000.00 for building renovation.(Requested by Law Department)
