Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept Victims of Crime Act grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a Victims of Crime Act grant from the State of Tennessee, Office of Criminal Justice Programs, in the amount of $195,000.00, with a required local match of $48,750.00, for a total grant of $243,750.00.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
