Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept grant for pedestrian safety

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award from the Tennessee Highway Safety Office in the amount of $10,000.00 for the purpose of funding overtime pay for officers to promote education and enforcement for pedestrian safety.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
