Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept grant for DUI enforcement

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award from the State of Tennessee Highway Safety Office in the amount of $75,000.00, for the purpose of funding overtime pay for additional patrols to identify and arrest individuals driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
