An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $500.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Wesley House Community Center Company to be utilized toward the cost of summer field trips with the Summer Time Enrichment Program.(Requested by Councilmembers Campen and Brown)
