Ordinance to create self-service beer permit and regulations
An Ordinance amending Chapter 4, Article II of the Knoxville City Code so as to create a self-service beer permit and to establish regulations for the lawful use of dispensing equipment by permitted establishments so that customers have the ability to pour their own beer.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Palmer)
On April 11, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to create self-service beer permit and regulations” by a vote of 9–0.
