Ordinance to require permit holder or agent to pour and serve beer
An Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-56 of the Knoxville City Code so as to require either the permit holder, an employee of the permit holder or an agent of the permit holder to pour and serve beer.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Palmer)
On April 11, 2017, “Ordinance to require permit holder or agent to pour and serve beer” was withdrawn before the City of Knoxville, TN City Council without a final vote.
