Ordinance to allow beer consumption at Lakeshore Park

An Emergency Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article I, Section 4-1(d), Article II, Section 4-76, and Chapter 20, Article III, Section 20-61 of the Knoxville City Code relative to consumption of beer or alcoholic beverages in city parks to include language allowing consumption of beer or alcoholic beverages at Lakeshore Park.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
