An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $850.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Knoxville Children's Theatre, Inc. to be utilized toward staffing support of the Young Artists' Design Program.(Requested by Councilmembers Campen and Saunders)
