An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $1,050.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Knoxville Opera Company to be utilized toward the furtherance of certain efforts of their education & outreach programs.(Requested by Vice Mayor Grieve and Councilmembers Brown & Stair)
