An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $500.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Fountain City Art Center, Inc. to be utilized toward the purchase of materials for classes and tuition assistance for children and seniors.(Requested by Councilmember Pavlis)
