A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Goodwill Industries - Knoxville, Inc. to provide all personnel, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide recycling maintenance, customer assistance and educational services at five (5) area locations throughout the City for an annual contract price not to exceed $88,515.00.(Requested by Public Service Department)
