Amend Zoning Regs for indoor self-storage in O-1, C-2, C-3 districts.

An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Appendix B, "Zoning Regulations," regarding allowing indoor, climate-controlled, self-storage facilities as a use permitted on review in the O-1 (Office, Medical, and Related Services), C-2 (Central Business), and C-3 (General Commercial) Districts. (MPC approved 15-0) (File No. 3-A-17-OA)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 9, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Zoning Regs for indoor self-storage in O-1, C-2, C-3 districts.” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0

Approve Ordinance on First Reading.
