Authorize agreement with National Security Service for recreation center security

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with National Security Service to provide security services for recreation centers for a contract price not to exceed $65,000.00 per year, and to provide security services as needed for special events at the rate of $15.00 per hour for a total contract price not to exceed $68,000.00.
