Authorize grant application to DOJ COPS for KPD sworn strength increase

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award of $452,283.00, with a required local match in the amount of $150,761.00, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, to increase the authorized sworn strength of the Knoxville Police Department from 416 to 420 officers.
