Ordinance amending City Code Chapter 2 regarding executive branch structure
An Ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Article II, Divisions 2 and 3 of the Knoxville City Code relating to the organizational structure of the executive branch of City government, and to create the Department of Employee Benefits and Risk Management.(Requested by Mayor Rogero)
On July 18, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance amending City Code Chapter 2 regarding executive branch structure” by a vote of 9–0.
