Reconsider postponement of Short Term Rentals ordinance
A Resolution reconsidering the postponement to October 24, 2017 of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 16 of the Knoxville City Code to add a new Article entitled "Short term Rentals" to establish regulations for short term rental units (File No. 5-C-17-OA) in order to allow sufficient time to allow the proposed Ordinance to be considered at MPC and by City Council before the end of the year.
On August 1, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Reconsider postponement of Short Term Rentals ordinance” by a vote of 8–0.
