Select second place candidate for 4th Councilmanic district

Selection of the second place candidate in the 4th Councilmanic district pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 2-8-111 and contingent upon the Knox County Election Commission certifying the results of the August 29, 2017 primary in the 4th Councilmanic district at the Knox County Election Commission meeting on or about September 15, 2017.

On September 6, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Select second place candidate for 4th Councilmanic district” by a vote of 9–0.
