A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Pipkin & Associates, LLC for an amount not to exceed $38,500.00 to provide appraisal services for the Sevier Avenue Improvements Project. (Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Department of Engineering)
