A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase property at 2001 Chapman Highway for $6,525.00 from Margaret Wayland and Mary Mitchell Goodman as part of the Blount Avenue Streetscapes Project.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Engineering)
