An Ordinance amending and adopting the Historic Design Guidelines for the existing Edgewood-Park City Historic District Zoning Overlay. (MPC approved 10-3) (File No. 9-A-17-OA) (Sixth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On November 7, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend and adopt Historic Design Guidelines for Edgewood-Park City District” by a vote of 7–2.
