Award $180,000 from Affordable Rental Fund to Restoration House
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Restoration House of East Tennessee, Inc. to award $180,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of twelve affordable housing units for low-income, single- mother households, to be located at 2205 Village Place Way.(Requested by Community Development Department)
