A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Helen Ross McNabb Center, Inc. to award $300,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of ten affordable housing units for homeless veterans, to be located at 3720 Middlebrook Pike.(Requested by Community Development Department)
