Amend contract with Anderson Lumber for Sanitary Laundry building

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend contract C-17-0336 with Anderson Lumber Company, Inc. to increase the scope of work on the Sanitary Laundry building to remove windows and panels that are not properly anchored resulting in an additional cost of $49,361.00 for a new contract amount not to exceed $613,512.00 and to extend the term of the contract an additional thirty days.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
