Authorize agreement with Rogers Petroleum for bulk fuels

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Rogers Petroleum, Inc. for the provision of bulk fuels for vehicles and equipment managed by the Fleet Services Department and Knoxville Area Transit for an initial term of six months at an estimated cost per term of $1,653,895.00.(Requested by Department of Finance)
