Authorize lease agreement with Hill Avenue Partners for Fire Dept. office space
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Hill Avenue Partners, LLC to lease office space at CityScape (formerly known as Regency Business Park) for a term of three years to be used for administrative offices of the Knoxville Fire Department for a rental amount of $94,753.68 per year and a common area maintenance fee of $18,081.00 per year for a total annual contract price of $112,835.12.(Requested by Knoxville Fire Department)
