A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with C.M. Henley Company, LLC d/b/a Rackley Company East TN for the Fire Station #18 Fascia Repair and Painting Project at a cost not to exceed $42,435.00.(Requested by Public Service Department)
