Authorize amendment to agreement with Waste Connections of Tennessee, Inc.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the current agreement between the City of Knoxville and Waste Connections of Tennessee, Inc. to address the City exceeding the 5% enrollment in backdoor garbage collection, private drives and narrow streets not being referenced in the current contract, and excessive amounts of waste in the Fort Sanders area during special events at the University of Tennessee for an additional annual amount not to exceed $101,088.00.(Requested by Public Service Department)
