An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $2,150.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Centro Hispano de East Tennessee to be utilized toward the flooring replacement project.(Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders and Councilmembers Singh-Perez, Rider, and Stair)
