A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with HS Construction & Excavating, LLC for an amount not to exceed $193,400.46 to connect the pedestrian bridge over Western Avenue to the sidewalk on the north side of Western Avenue.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
