An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 6, Article IIB, by adding a new § 6-52, amending the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code regarding the scope and composition of the appeals board and condensing or clarifying other enforcement and administrative provisions.(Requested by Department of Plans Review and Inspections)
