A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to request the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City Knoxville, Tennessee to perform contract management of renovations to various City facilities to achieve adherence to the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act standards, in an amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00.(Requested by Community Development Department)
