A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a License Agreement with the State of Tennessee allowing the City to install a gateway monument style sign located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Jessamine Street.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Engineering Department)
