Amend purchase sale agreement for 719 Locust Avenue property

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Agreement C-17-0326, the Purchase Sale Agreement with Knoxville Supreme Court, LLC for the purchase and redevelopment of property located at 719 Locust Avenue in order to revise certain deadlines which will provide sufficient time for the parties to fully negotiate the terms of the development agreement as well as to allow the purchaser adequate time to produce schematic designs and specifications.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
