A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Federal Transit Administration and the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the total amount of $800,000.00 to Knoxville Area Transit for Local Surface Transportation Block Grant Program Assistance with an additional City match of up to $200,000.00, to implement transit technology projects. (Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
