Approve agreement for Household Hazardous Waste Facility upgrades

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Holston Construction Services for the expansion and upgrades to the City of Knoxville Household Hazardous Waste Facility located within the Solid Waste Management Facility at 1033 Elm Street, for an amount not to exceed $184,860.00 with the funding being reimbursable under a grant from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), City of Knoxville Document No. C-17-0346. (Requested by Public Service Department)
