Authorize agreement with Willis of Tennessee for risk management consulting

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Willis of Tennessee, Inc. to provide professional brokerage and risk management consulting services for all property and casualty coverage for all City operations, including, without limitation, the City's workers' compensation, liability, management liability, excess liability and auto physical damage coverage, including Knoxville Area Transit's operations, for a period of five years at an annual cost not to exceed $95,000.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management)
