A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to request the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City of Knoxville, Tennessee, to perform construction management services to manage and facilitate the renovations of the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum, in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000.00, pursuant to the existing operating contract, Contract No. C-05-0300.
