An Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-69 of the Knoxville City Code relative to beer permits.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Wallace)

On April 10, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-69 (beer permits)” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0

Motion to approve on first reading and adopt on consent calendar.
