An Ordinance approving the request of John L. Sanders, AIA c/o Parkridge Group LLC, for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Mixed Use Special District (MU-CC4, Magnolia Gateways Mixed Use) to Mixed Use-Urban Corridor for property located on the south side of Washington Avenue, east side of Mitchell Street. (MPC Approved 11-0-2) (File No. 4-B-18-SP) (Sixth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 8, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve amendment to Central City Sector Plan for Washington Ave property.” by a vote of 9–0.
