Approve amendment to Central City Sector Plan for Johnston St property.

An Ordinance approving the request of B.J. Murrian for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Neighborhood Commercial to Traditional Neighborhood for property located on the northeast side of Johnston Street, northwest of Heiskell Avenue. (MPC Approved 11-0-2) (File No. 4-C-18-SP) (Fifth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 8, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve amendment to Central City Sector Plan for Johnston St property.” by a vote of 9–0.
