Approve amendment to One Year Plan for Johnston St property.

An Ordinance approving the request of B.J. Murrian for an amendment to the One Year Plan from Neighborhood Commercial to Traditional Neighborhood for property located on the northeast side of Johnston Street, northwest of Heiskell Avenue. (MPC Approved 11-0-2) (File No. 4-C-18-PA) (Fifth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)
