Approve amendment to Central City Sector Plan for Thirteenth St property.

An Ordinance approving the request of Riyans LLC for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Medium Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial for property located on the northeast side of Thirteenth Street, northwest side of Bridge Avenue. (MPC Approved 13-0) (File No. 4-H-18-SP) (First District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 8, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve amendment to Central City Sector Plan for Thirteenth St property.” by a vote of 9–0.
