An Ordinance approving the request of Land Development Solutions for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Mixed Use Special District (MU CC18, Fort Sanders Neighborhood) to Office for property located on the northwest side of Laurel Avenue, southwest side of Eighteenth Street. (MPC Approved 11-0-2) (File No. 4-I-18-SP) (First District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 8, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve amendment to Central City Sector Plan for Laurel Ave property.” by a vote of 9–0.
