An Ordinance approving the request of Land Development Solutions for an amendment to the One Year Plan from Mixed Use Special District (MU-CC18, Fort Sanders Neighborhood) to Office for property located on the northwest side of Laurel Avenue, southwest side of Eighteenth Street. (MPC Approved 11-0-2) (File No. 4-F-18-PA) (First District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 8, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve amendment to One Year Plan for Laurel Ave property.” by a vote of 9–0.
