An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,700.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Knoxville Symphony Society, Inc. to be utilized toward providing in-school performances for Knoxville Schools.(Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders and Councilmembers Roberto, Rider, Campen, McKenzie, and Stair)
