Resolution authorizing project management for pool/tennis/playground repairs

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to request the Public Building Authority to perform project management services related to three separate projects: (1) Ed Cothren Pool Resurfacing Repairs, (2) Fulton High School and Harriet Tubman Park Tennis Court Resurfacing Repairs, and (3) Harriet Tubman Park Clubhouse and Playground Addition, for a total amount for all three projects not to exceed $610,000.00. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
